The Gambrel Getaway

This beautiful spot on Long Lake became a year-round Up North getaway for a busy family. The gambrel roof and shake siding were the essential pieces to make this new home feel like a legacy home. A long and narrow lot led us to a rectangular floor plan facing the water. The lot presented a challenge requiring us to make the most of the views on the lake side with interiors that flow from front to back. Our end result is a lovely heirloom home with classic details and modern ammenities.
