The Carriage House

This family in Boardman neighborhood needed extra space without altering the character of the site. We collaborated with Doug Ruther on the carriage house addition to this Boardman Neighborhood home where the final design had to be approved by the historic review board (a common requirement when building in Historic Districts and a process we are very familiar with in our practice).
