Lake Front Luxury

This project is planned in phases to grow along with the clients family. After falling in love with this lake front cottage the clients asked us to come up with some renovation ideas to give the house a new life and more useable space . Our final plans propose rearranging the first floor laundry and bath to gain a larger pantry and mud room as well as enlarging the existing kitchen and adding a new door to the main deck. In the basement a new bathroom, sauna, and bunk-room revitalize the main lounge area, adding plenty of storage for summer swimming gear and visiting family.
