East Bay Transformation

To stay in their water front home this client needed some more space for their growing family. Ultimately we decided to expand upwards, adding additional space above the garage and updating the front entrance. New windows, siding, and warm blue paint gave the house a face lift and visually tied together the existing home and new adddition. The new space holds a full bathroom, two bedrooms, a family room, and laundry. The new central tower connects the living zones and brings in natural light. The East Bay Transformation is a great example of how a few architectural changes can allow you to stay in a home you love while adapting it to your changing lifestyle.
